Latoya Murray

Latoya Murray is one of the executive directors of H.A.P.I. Hood; responsible for marketing and communications.

She is also a Vice President, Senior Business Continuity Consultant for one of the word's largest financial institutions.

Latoya also recently launched JL Designs, a balloon design and event decor service. JL Designs has not only provided an outlet for Latoya to express her creativity, it has also provided an opportunity for her to work with her daughter and teach her the fundamentals of business and entrepreneurship.

Quinton Deberry

Mr. Quentin DeBerry is a North Carolina native of Laurinburg, NC and 2007 graduate from Winston-Salem State University. Mr. DeBerry earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science and possesses Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Business Intelligence from Colorado State University- Global Campus. DeBerry possesses a robust and diverse background crossing multiple business verticals, including the entertainment industry, financial services, and technology.

Danille Harper

Born and raised in Goldsboro NC. Attended Two HBCUs Bennett College for undergrad and NCA&TSU for grad. Work in a pediatrician’s office as a therapist. Currently the co owner of Metis Counseling Group, PLLC. Lover of music, laughter, God, and family.

Jane Telcy

28 year old from Westchester county NY who moved to Charlotte six years ago after college. Currently working in Corporate America as a manager. Tapping into purpose and passion, and self awareness in order to break cycles, achieve dreams and bring others along. Piano teacher for children with aspiration to bring affordable piano lessons to children in low-income communities.

Dr. Darryll Williams

Dr. Darryll Williams is a Chiropractic Physician and founder/owner of Protect Your Neck Mobile Chiropractic, PLLC. As child, he never had any interest in taking medication and didn’t quite understand the logic of taking a pill or syrup for every ache and pain. Little did he know that his career would align with that same philosophy. He is a 2004 graduate of WSSU and 2009 graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic. Dr. Williams enjoys working out, spending time with his wife, son, and dog, as well as traveling. He also enjoys playing Xbox and snowboarding. He believes that a good work and personal life balance is essential for your overall health and well-being

Justin Hamilton

My name is Justin Hamilton and I am a manager in Finance at Vanguard. I come from a very small town where access to financial literacy/resources is not something readily available. This is why I am super passionate about teaching financial literacy to others, in hopes that I can inspire others to make smart financial decisions and build a better future for themselves. In my free time I am a huge nerd, I love video games, movies, and comic books and spend most of my spare time enjoying any combination of the three.

Rev. Brenda Murray

Rev. Brenda Murray is a Servant of the Lord and has been ministering for 40 years. She has been married to her calm, smooth and loving husband- Bishop Ronald Murray- for 45 years.

God uses her in the gift of Exhortation through the teaching of the Word of God.

She and Bishop Murray have three awesome children, one son-in-law, two daughter in-laws, and seven wonderful grandchildren.
